MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT
LA TABERNA DEL CAUCHERO
One of my favorite places in Iquitos is La Taberna del Cauchero because is a fantastic restaurant with a good food and service. But you can enjoy others service like their coffee, bar and pool. The most attractive thing about going there is enjoying the beautiful view in front of the river. In the same way, their rooms are decorated with paintings by Amazonian artists about the rubber era. It´s at 439 Raimondi street in from of the Ramón Castilla Square. Open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The service is five stars because in each moment is attentive in their clientele.
They have everything about Peruvian
food. Likewise, there are Peruvian drinks such as chicha morada. You can also
order beer, pisco, or fruit sodas. As starters they offer Chicken stuffed
avocado, Causa stuffed with ceviche, etc. But always my favorite is Shrimp
cocktail. On the other hand, the delicious soups like Peruvian creole Soup, Shrimp
Soup and Peruvian minuta Soup. About my favorite main course is rice with shellfish.
Without forgetting the delicious salads my favorites are Avocado salad and
Spinach salad. To finish with something delicious I usually order Coffee and
cheese jelly.
Another attraction is also
the presentations of Peruvian singers is one of the reasons why this place is
my favorite. Hope you can visit it and enjoy the services.
It is an interesting place. understandable and creative. Excellent.
